DIY Portable Ironing Board

This DIY is inspired by my newly acquired iron, Panasonic 360 Freestyle. With just a few materials, you can iron right from the table top!

I used a 11x14 canvas that I already had in my stash, a heat resistant ironing pad, a few pieces of cardboard and a staple gun. 

*Turn the canvas over and wedge cardboard in between canvas and wood frame.

Artsy Necklace

I have to admit, this is one of my faves...a sure way to have mulitple personalized necklaces on a budget! My nieces and daughter loves this project too!

Here's what you need: 


  • decorative paper
  • wooden shapes
  • dremel tool w/ 1/8 drill bit
  • ball chain 
  • Mod Podge
First, cut paper to size. Spread Mod Podge covering entire surface. Apply paper. Cover with Mod Podge and allow drying time before applying second coat....
